Prof. Ranavaya is a Professor of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the Marshall University School of Medicine in West Virginia and currently serves as the Director of the Appalachian Institute of Occupational & Environmental Medicine in West Virginia. He is a consulting physician and American board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is also trained in Law and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from School of Law in Virginia. As a practicing consultant physician He has performed several thousand evaluations of individuals with occupational lung disease. He advises the US Federal Government Department of Labor as well as several states, including Ohio and California, on work place occupational pulmonary toxic exposures, other personal and occupational injury issues and disability management. He has served as consultant to many multinational insurance companies and businesses, advising them on injury management, rehabilitation, and return to work issues resulting from all sorts of work related injury claims including pulmonary impairment and disability. Multiple national and international governmental departments and agencies, including Worker's Comp and Motor Accident compensation systems from Australia, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North America have consulted with Prof. Ranavaya and have retained his services to advise and train the personnel in impairment and disability assessment as well as strategies in return to work. Prof. Ranavaya is the section editor and primary author of several chapters of the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (AMA Guides 6th Ed.) including pulmonary chapter. He has performed several thousand independent medical evaluations and is an internationally recognized expert on the AMA Guides and has taught, globally, over ten thousand physicians skills for performing independent medical evaluations and how to be more effective in the use of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. He has authored over 20 chapters in various internationally recognized textbooks on physical medicine and rehab, chronic pain management and disability medicine. He has also authored numerous articles regarding AMA Guides, disability guidelines, and independent medical evaluations, etc. He has served as the chair of the editorial board of the Medical Disability Advisor, a book on workplace disability duration guidelines for various injuries and diseases and has served as the senior medical editor for Official Disability Guides. He also served on the senior editorial advisory board of the AMA Guides 5th Edition and is a contributor to the AMA Guides 5th Edition. He has authored multiple publications on how to assess pulmonary impairment and disability from lung disease including Occupational Asthma. He is the past President of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. He is one of the founding fathers and current President of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) and has helped develop the certifying exam for physicians seeking credentialing as Certified Independent Medical Examiners (CIME).

Camilo Corbellini is a skilled Respiratory Physiotherapist at Casa di Cura Villa Serena Piossasco, Italy, with experience in the treatment and research of respiratory diseases in adult and elderly patients. He graduated in Brazil in 2002. Since 2010, he is studying and working in Italy. He has an MSc in Medical Sciences (Brazil) and in Respiratory Physiotherapy (Italy) and a PhD in Physiology from Milan University.

Ahmed Al-Jumail did PhD and MSc from the Ohio State University and BSc from the University of Baghdad. He is a Fellow member of the ASME, and a member of 11 other international professional societies. He is the Editor of the ASME monograph series-Biomedical and Nanomedical Technologies and the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Biomedical Engineering and Technology, and has been on the editorial and refereeing boards for several international journals. He has published more than 270 papers in international journals and conference proceedings including two ASME books on Vibration and Acoustics in Biomedical Applications and a third one on CPAP devices. He has supervised more than 90 Postgraduate students in biomedical applications, vibrations, biomechanics, and electroactive polymers. During his academic career, he forged strong alliances between academia and industries; in particular in the medical devices area. His current research focuses on biomedical applications with particular interest in the application of vibration and acoustics to airways constriction therapies and artery non-invasive diagnostics.

Robert Lins is a Project Director Respiratory Diseases, SGS Clinical Research and is a MD, certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Hypertension with a PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He was a Fellow of the Belgian College of Pharmaceutical Physicians. He has started his activities in Animal Clinical Pharmacology in the Heymans Institute In Gent, Belgium, and is continuously active in the field of Human Clinical Pharmacology. He first studied renal patients and later he founded the SGS Clinical Pharmacology Unit Antwerp, Belgium, where many innovative human pharmacology models were developed for the study of cardiovascular, metabolic, CNS, infectious and respiratory drugs, like bronchial challenge methods, a local bronchial PK model and sputum induction. He has published many articles about Clinical Pharmacology in these different areas of research

Dr Vaibhav Chachra has completed his MD in 2012 and is one of the youngest Interventional Pulmonologist Of the country and has been trained under Dr.Rajiv Goyal (MD,MRCP,EDRM) In Rajiv Gandhi cancer Institute.He went back to his small hometown in Utrakhand state where he was the the first to start EBUS in the state and 67th in the Indian subcontinent.He was also the first to do “Y” tracheal stenting in his state.He has just appeared for his HERMES-EDRM exam (result awaited).He has also won the best poster presentation in the National Indian Conference –NAPCON on Necrotising Sarcoidosis.Currently working as the head and Interventional Pulmonologist in Max Superspeciality Hospital,which is one of the largest chain of hospitals in Northern India . He has published multiple papers in national as well as international journals.He has been a faculty and chaired sessions in National Conferences.

Dr. Mark A. Socinski is a board-certified, fellowship trained medical oncologist, specializing in all thoracic malignancies, including small cell and non-small cell lung cancers and mesothelioma. He is an internationally recognized expert in the development of novel chemotherapy agents and treatment strategies for advanced non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. His research has focused on incorporating personalized medicine and molecular biomarkers in the treatment of lung cancer. Dr. Socinski formerly served as Co-Chair of the Thoracic Malignancies Steering Committee for the National Cancer Institute. He also serves on the Respiratory Core Committee of the Cancer and Leukemia Group B (Alliance) and has been instrumental in the development of many cooperative clinical trials. He is the Executive Medical Director of the AdventHealth Cancer Institute
